Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only if requests are received no less than 30 days before the first day of the event. No exceptions because we are committed to the hotel to pay for the booked seats. Thank you for understanding.
Hotel Information*
COPTIC-CON 2026 will be held at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, NJ. It's conveniently situated within the Tri-State area and easily accessible right off of the New Jersey Turnpike. There is also plenty of parking in the parking garage.
You can contact the hotel directly for their rate or use sites like hotel.com, expedia.com or any of the other discount sites.
*Of course, sleeping rooms are a separate charge and must be paid in addition to the admission ticket if you would like to stay at the hotel overnight.
